Terms of Service

By connecting an AI assistant to the SetuprAI Brain MCP server or otherwise using setupr's cloud services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The Services provide a Model Context Protocol server that allows authorized AI assistants to save conversation summaries to, and search memories in, your personal memory store. Access requires authentication; memories are associated with the signed-in account and are not shared with other accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity carried out through connected assistants. You must promptly revoke any connector you no longer recognise or use.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or third-party right
• Store unlawful content, or content you are not authorized to store
• Attempt to access another user's data or circumvent authentication and rate limits
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Services or supporting infrastructure

You retain all rights in the content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process and transmit that content solely to operate and provide the Services, including sending it to third-party AI providers when you use AI features.

The Services interoperate with third-party platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Google and Notion. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, behaviour or data practices.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services at any time. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, setupr shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising out of your use of the Services.

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or if required to protect the Services or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the courts at the Company's principal place of business shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
